Data Collected by LIWHY
As part of the Institutional Portal, LIWHY may, in particular, collect and process the following user data:
- Subscription to the email newsletter: title, last name, first name, status, email address. As part of the admissions platform, LIWHY may, in particular, collect and process the following user data:
- Identity and contact information: title, last name, first names, address, phone number (landline and/or cell phone), email addresses, date of birth and place of birth, nationality, photocopy of a national ID card;
- Family, economic, and financial circumstances: parents’ socioeconomic status, type of scholarship;
- Professional experience: resume, cover letter, copies of transcripts and diplomas, and a letter of recommendation;
- The personal data of the candidate’s academic or professional reference: last name, first name, title, email address, and institution.
- The personal information of the candidate’s emergency contact: last name, first name, title, email address, and phone number.
The mandatory nature of the information that the User must provide on the Site is indicated at the time of data collection and on the corresponding forms by an asterisk and/or a list of required fields. Any failure to provide a response or any response deemed abnormal by LIWHY may result in LIWHY’s refusal to process the User’s request. LIWHY may ask the User to provide certain personal data for marketing or promotional purposes (sending newsletters, event invitations, etc.). The User may unsubscribe at any time, at a minimum by email or through a dedicated interface.
The Purposes of Data Processing
As a data controller, LIWHY collects Users’ personal data in a lawful and fair manner and in accordance with their rights.
